The boulevard was built in the
'30's. But local tradition is that Rizal had breakfast at the Locsin residence, cor. Sta. Catalina and V. Locsin Sts. Dumaguete and outskirts offers Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Spanish, Italian, German. Swiss, Thai, Ilonggo, Cebuano, French, Austrian, American, British and local food. The Australian joint closed awhile ago.
